HEAD CHATTER

BDBH Head Chatter tackles thoughts that we ruminate on, the thoughts that we can't shake; they become louder and often times instead of being background noise the chatter becomes the focus of our attention.  BdBh attempts to make since of that noise, process it, and turn it off if possible.  We approach common issues and view them with mental health spectacles  and a smidgen of humor.   Enter below.
