HEAD CHATTER

BDBH Head Chatter tackles thoughts that we ruminate on, the thoughts that we can't shake; they become louder and often times instead of being background noise the chatter becomes the focus of our attention.  BdBh attempts to make since of that noise and process it.  

We approach everyday issues and view them through a mental health lens and a smidgen of humor.
